Charging stations are located throughout the terminal.

Charging Outlets

Seating places with USBs located at Gates A1-A29 and B1-B16. Plus, charging stations outlets situated throughout the Atrium and halls. You can buy portable power banks in select retail locations and at Fuel Rod vending locations.

Nursing Service

For nursing mothers, there are peaceful spaces, called the mother's room with private settings—one located on above Cinnabon, on the upper level. The second room is in Concourse between Gates A1-A13 and A21-A29. The newest one on is in the corner of concourse D, and concourse E called Women's Restroom. All rooms constructed with sink areas, towel outlets, and diaper changing stations. All types of equipment are the same for men's, women's, and family restrooms.

Pet Relief Areas

For passengers with pets, there are pet relief areas inside the terminal: near checkpoint A, in the restroom near the corner of concourse D and concourse E, under stairs of concourse E, and some located outside at the west and east ends.

Travelex Currency Exchange

Travelex provides foreign currency exchange to Charlotte Douglas International Airport passengers. Also, Travelex organizes diverse business, travel insurance, Western Union transactions, fax/copy services, cash traveler checks, and sell traveler checks. Travelers can also stamps and calling cards.

The USO Center

The USO of Charlotte Douglas International Airport Center opened in 2006, served and supported America's military and their families. The location of the USO is on the upper level of the Atrium. It provides magazines, books, snacks, comfortable chairs, television, and also offers phones and the internet, which are free of charge. They want service members to feel '' home away from home''.
